Lily is a Screenwriter and Director. Her filmmaking and storytelling adventures were cultivated at the USC School of Cinematic Arts Directing & Producing in conjunction with NBC Universal in Summer 2018, in previous professional set experiences as an extensively trained and agented (former) actor, in Directing and Producing studies at Portland State University School of Film, and graduated with distinction in April 2024 in the Film Directing BFA program from Art Center College of Design.

Lily was awarded multiple scholarships in Film Directing at Art Center College of Design, where she graduated with distinction. She also received a Koerner Camera Systems Filmmaking Scholarship at Portland State University, where she was on the Dean’s List. On set, Lily strives to create a positive atmosphere, despite the many challenges that occur. Lily is interested in cultivating minority talent in her films, and has volunteered to teach kids filmmaking at Boys and Girls Club of Portland. #futurefilmmakers

Lily has a YouTube following of over 8.5K. Her channel is “Lily Beyond Borders” where she posts vlogs and travel videos. Lily Beyond Borders Youtube Channel gained sudden momentum in April 2019, when a video went viral: 7.3+ million views
